CLASS INSTRUCTIONS


We will be notified which form(s) you filled out. Your emailed receipt from PayPal is proof that you are PREPAID and class-registered.


 Bring your state-issued ID, driver's license, and firearms owner ID (FOID), if applicable.​ ​ ​


Bring something to take notes with (i.e., a notebook and pen).


​Requalifications, recertifications, and credit for ICC with a DD214 will be available soon. For these classes, you will have to set up an appointment to pay for the classes at our location. Please bring any appropriate documentation for our file and for the discounted rate to be approved. Must have all the paperwork in your training file.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS!

  1. By continuing with the payment portion, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be refunded if you cannot make it to the scheduled date.
  2. By continuing with the payment, you agree that you can only receive credit to reschedule for a later date. ​If you cannot make it on the scheduled date, you will be credited for future classes only. If you reschedule your class, there is a $55.00 cancellation fee. This fee applies to any class and/or circumstance.
  3. Due to high volume of callers and email inquiries from students,
  4. You will not receive any confirmation emails from us.
  5. It is your responsibility to contact us if you cannot make it to your scheduled class and to make arrangements for rescheduling for a future date.
  6. PayPal charges Chicagoland Firearm Training a 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee.  This fee has been passed on to you, the customer.
  7. All make up classes must be done within 30 days of a missed class, no exception.
  8. All fingerprint ink cards must be paid for in advance.​​
